Finally, after way too many hours I was able to generate a windows version. It was amazingly tedious to fix some of the little details Visual Studio was very finicky about.

All other version are also updated to 3.1.2. If there are problems such as errors with points to cryptic functions, pelase report them because it could well be that some of the binaries still have difficulties on different hardware. I checked on MacOS 10.6 INTEL Core 2 duo (the other (intel) mac binaries run too on the same system), Ubuntu Linux and  Windows7 [using Virtualbox on INTEL core 2 duo], Red Hat 4.1.2-14 on AMD Opteron 246.
